Positive: Nice place for a one-night stay. The rooms were clean, and the kitchen was well organized. There are many restaurants and bars very close to the room.

Negative: There is no private parking, you have to park in the parking garage, which is a 4-minute walk from the room and costs around 20 Euros for 24 hours, I believe.

Positive: 2 bedrooms. Big dining area with kitchen.

Negative: There’s a sauna in the property and there must be a ventilation problem because we found black molds on the walls opposite the sauna and in the living room on the other side of that wall. That makes the place smell musty. The place is on the first floor so we didn’t feel safe keeping the windows open at night for ventilation so we closed the bedroom doors hoping we didn’t breathe in a lot of that moldy air. We didn’t use the sauna.

Summary: Could have been such a nice stay. Very close to train station and city center.

Positive: Beautiful building with lovely park nearby & we looked out our room onto a green space. Restaurants very close, and we walked from the train station. Comfortable clean apartment. Street cars go by on one side of the building, but we were on the other side & found it quiet, …. our windows were closed.

Negative: We were 4 seniors in our seventies. A client must be able to understand & follow directions to find the keys & then to find the correct entrance door. We did not have a problem, but some older guests had real difficulties & were asking us for help. There is a flight of stairs to carry luggage up. The Wifi was poor in our bedroom, but good in kitchen area.

Summary: Comfort in a great location.

Positive: It’s good that the building is being repurposed but the apartment was very sparsely presented. However we were comfortable there when we eventually gained access!

Negative: The key collection and entrance to the property was very difficult to achieve. The pick up information did not arrive on our phones until we had been there for nearly 2 hours. We paid for this stay a few weeks ago and it was a pity we were not given the information then. Fortunately, a very kind resident was able to help us to eventually gain access.

Summary: Fraught at the beginning but better leaving as we were able to leave the car in the garage until after lunch.
