This bright and airy 600 sq. ft. apartment is located in the picturesque community of "South Pigalle" in the upper part of the 9th arrondissement just under Montmartre. It is a two-floor walk-up, consisting of a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a spacious bathroom with "rain" shower, washer/dryer, and a living-room/dining room/well-equipped kitchen. There is a comfortable, very easy to operate, pullout couch in the ample living room (phone with free calls to most places, TV and Wifi). Upscale appliances and fittings are new, including dishwasher, induction cooktop, convection oven and a refrigerator/freezer.
You will feel part of Parisian daily life in this early 19th century structure with hand-hewn ceiling beams and tall French windows. Your helpful hosts live right upstairs and are happy to provide information to make your stay in Paris enjoyable.
On the ground floor of the building, you will find the wonderful Buvette, described by Bon Appetit Mag. as “The Best Little Bistro in Paris”. Here you will inevitably get to know all of the young, friendly, international staff.

Summary: Our first stay in Linda’s apartment was six years ago, when we celebrated our 30th anniversary. We had a wonderful time and got to know the neighbourhood a little. When we finally had the opportunity to return to Paris, there was only one place we thought about staying: Linda’s apartment, again. We love the location, with its abundance of restaurants and cafés. It’s also conveniently located to two or three Metro stations. The real bonus for us, though, is the proximity to the Rue de Martyrs, with the best food shopping we’ve seen anywhere. We prepared some nice meals in the well-equipped kitchen during our stay. Linda is a great host and even loaned me some tools to make an emergency repair to my suitcase to keep our travels on track. This is truly a home away from home for us and we look forward to our next visit.

Summary: This apartment was exactly as described and fulfilled all our needs. We were in a great location to walk safely everywhere. Linda was a wonderful host and promptly answered all our questions. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Paris.

Summary: Roomy, comfortable and clean. A great apartment with a very attentive owner. Not really centrally located forr most attractions, but 2 Metro station within a few minutes. Very easy to get to where we wanted. BTW

Summary: Linda and her whole family were fantastic hosts. The apartment is just as advertised and was very comfortable for me and my 19year old son during the 2024 Olympics. The neighborhood was lovely and walkable to most anywhere we wanted to go and a quick Metro ride from the farther away venues of the Olympics. It was a warm week so having AC was a must as well. If we find ourselves back in Paris we would love to stay again.

Summary: To say Linda is a super host does not do her justice. Although our schedule was so busy we did not get time to connect, she created a seamless stay for us, all of the information we needed was communicated before our arrival, and questions we had about tips/ tricks around the city for the Olympics were answered in a way that made us feel like locals during our stay. Buvette, the restaurant downstairs, had the most amazing food, (we dined there for breakfast and dinner) and they staff was just so wonderful and friendly and helpful as well. Also, they have great wines and cocktails! The location was PERFECT. The St. Georges metro station was so close and got us everywhere we needed to go with ease. I cannot say enough about the apartment's charm, classic beauty and Parisian vibe, either. The beds were so comfortable, the linens were high quality, the kitchen was perfect, (although we did not use it much because, hello, Parisian dining was not to be missed) and overall, I never wanted to leave. Merci, Linda, for creating an experience for us that we will always cherish. My only regret is not being able to enjoy a glass of wine with you. Therefore, I will most certainly be back. :)

Summary: I'll make this easy, if this apartment is available, book it. We stayed here for six days in April. The apartment is spacious, not by Paris standards but any large city's standards. It's conveniently located by two Metro stops, numerous restaurants and grocery stores. Linda was very prompt with any questions we asked and is an outstanding host. There was some street noise in the bedroom but a noise maker app on my phone took care of that. We would gladly stay here again.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming, clean, well-equipped, and comfortable apartment in South Pigalle. We were able to walk to delicious food places and markets - including an incredible GF bakery. The metro stop was also conveniently close by.
