Positive: This is a self-contained unit over a garage of a house in an housing estate in the forests to the south of Prescott. It is finished to a high standard and very comfortable. It is very quiet and if you open the balcony doors in the morning you can enjoy the birds. The balcony looks out over the estate and is a peaceful place to sit in the afternoons - one day we were lucky enough to see a 5 deer grazing, including 2 fawns, which was very special.

Positive: Very quiet residential area just outside downtown. The apartment decor was very cute and seasonally updated. Despite being connected to the main house, rarely noticed "neighbors" at all. Very quiet, slept so well:-)

Negative: Hardly even worth mentioning because the apartment was amazing, but could have used some wine glasses and conditioner in addition to shampoo. The host seriously has the place fully stocked though, just 2 things I noticed I use that weren't there.

Positive: The apartment was so cozy and quaint. Beautifully decorated. All the decor details were very much noticed. Loved it! We arrived earlier than expected and Lori responded quickly and let us check in early. The drive to the house was amazing.
