Positive: This was literally the prettiest place that we’ve ever stayed in Italy and probably whole Europe! The views from the hill are incredible, the style of the house is vintage and very cute. There are all the commodities - hot water, kitchen utensils, microwave, fridge - all the necessary stuff to spend there at least few weeks. Luciano is the best host that we’ve met - he recommended us some restaurants, places to visit and the easy way to get to Florence. I didn’t notice any disadvantages in this place - it was just perfect! Thank you

Positive: Luciano is a wonderful host and he has a really lovely apartment. The lodging is cosy and clean, it stays cool even in the heat of the Tuscan summer and the common pool is amazing, its sunbathing terrace has a magnificent view of the surrounding hills and valleys. We spent two wonderful nights here and can only recommend this to anyone who wants a little calm refuge from the bustling city life. We will return here for sure! :)

Positive: A Peaceful and far from the city country house with a view on the mountains. Very pretty garden with all sorts of trees and plants. The fence of the house is made of Laurel, the smell was everywhere I loved it. You have a parking space for free. Each apartment is very private. There's a pool area that is really nice to chill in. There's a bar at the pool with drinks and food very decently priced. The young people working at the pool were very nice.

Negative: Just a note for people who don't like insects like me, bring mosquito repellents and sprays for all kinds of insects. You are in the country so it's impossible to not have those visits :)

Positive: Location is wonderful, the pool is lovely and the staff were friendly. The animals on the farm are fantastic. The kitchen is well stocked.

Negative: I take into consideration that we stayed during the extreme heatwave. There was no air con which made it really challenging for us. Adding fans is necessary. We were uncomfortable - the furnishings should be replaced - the sofa and bed. The bed broke (slats came loose in the night and this was not welcome at 4am). We were very tired and it was hard work to visit during extreme weather like this. We headed back to cooler weather before the end of the stay. Ordinarily, perhaps it is fine but the comforts were not there for this visit given the price.
