Summary: Gorgeous building, super helpful staff but room street view was noisy and too hot to close windows. Apart from the noise 10pm-midnight was lovely and would still recommend as long as you not early sleepers. Amazing breakfast ! Yum

Summary: Great location for our trip. Room was clean and had all amenities that we needed. Breakfast was excellent - hot and cold options readily available, served in a timely manner. Hosts were very friendly and attentive.

Summary: Amazing proper home made chips. So many places say this on menu and serve frozen chips .These are proper hand cut amazing chips perfectly cooked .lovely staff .Thank you

Summary: The pub is run by a lovely family, don’t think I’ve ever felt so welcomed. Room was clean and comfortable with every thing we needed, plenty of towels, great over bath shower, tea and coffee etc. We had a great meal standout dish was home made cow &ale pie and the wonderful home made proper puddings. Good choice at breakfast of cooked to order dishes. Great place to stay and we will stay again if we revisit area.

Summary: Gary and Jacqui - the Landlord and Landlady made us feel genuinely welcome as did their Staff. The Restaurant Menu provided a good choice and is reasonably priced. The Room we stayed in was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We will be returning as Guest again but we felt we left as Friends. We both recommend The Farmers Arms in St Merryn as an ideal base for a Weekend or longer in a proper Village Pub. You will need to book in advance for Food and Accommodation as it is a very popular Pub.
