Boulders is an end of terrace house, tucked away in a cul de sac just a 2 minute walk to St Merryn village, near Padstow. The house sleeps 6 people with 3 bedrooms, consisting of one King (with ensuite and shower), one double and one twin room as well as a main bathroom. The property has many luxury features and is finished to a high spec. There is a large sitting room with plenty of seating with games, books and DVDs for all ages. A beautiful and well equipped kitchen and dinning area with patio doors to the back garden. There is also a downstairs cloakroom. The fully enclosed garden (although there is a gate for side access), has a shed for storing bikes, boards, golf clubs etc. There is a BBQ and seating for the warmer evenings. At the front of the property is parking for 2 cars. Boulders is the perfect base for your holiday just five minutes to 7 beautiful beaches, golf course, shops, restaurants, pubs and history.
The famous natural sandy beaches (Constantine, Harlyn, Treyarnon, Boobys, Porthcothan, Mother Ivey's and Trevone), just a mile away are known as the 7 Bays. Breathtakingly beautiful sandy beaches, with coves, rock pools and excellent waves for surfing. Because they all face different directions you can always find a sheltered spot. Trevose golf club is a mile away with some of the best views in Cornwall from the cluhouse. There are 3 courses to cater for everyone and it has an inviting bar and restaurant too. Dozens of coastal path walks for ramblers to take in the stunning views. St Merryn is at the centre of all this making it a truly fantastic spot to base your holiday.
In St Merryn you have easy access to the lovely local pubs, including Rick Steins Cornish Arms, 4 restaurants and 1 wine bar. The village also has a fish and chips shop, pizzeria and bakery so you never go hungry. There is also a surf shop and convenience stores. 2 miles down the road is the famous historic fishing village of Padstow with world renown restaurants including Rick Stein's - Seafood Restaurant and Paul Ainsworth's - No.6.

Summary: Great long weekend stay at Boulders. The house is comfortable, well equipped and spotless - perfect for our family group of 5 adults. Charlotte provided lots of useful local information and responded very quickly to any questions. The location is great, under 10 minutes drive to lovely local beaches, Padstow harbour and the Camel Trail. St Merryn village is a few minutes walk with several eateries and bars. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again or recommend. There is an additional charge for bed linen and bath towels which might not be clear from the listing (or you can bring your own).

Summary: Fabulous stay at Boulders, everything you need,lovely and clean and spacious. In a great location within walking distance to shop,pubs,bakery and cafe. Short drive to several beaches and Padstow. Would highly recommend.

Summary: Good location and peaceful setting when we visited in December. Would be ideal to visit with children with play area adjacent. Decor and furnishings lovely, everything was provided that we needed and cleanliness A*. We loved being in close driving distance to so many beautiful beaches.

Summary: We had a great week at Boulders. The property was spotless and had everything a family could need. Charlotte was super helpful and gave us lots of useful information. Summary: St Marryn is an excellent location for holidaying in Cornwall, just outside Padstow there is none hassle of the crowds, but the village has sufficient pubs, bars, restaurants and shops to cover every need. Within St Merryn Boulders is an excellent place to stay. It is right in the village with esy access to all the facilities you could wish for. The house is well furnished and equipped and is maintained to a high standard of cleanliness and maintenance. No problem recommending Boulders.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 5 to chill out and dry off in the evenings after an active day walking the cliffs, cycling the Camel Trail and best of all days in the sea. Plenty of room and nice and warm inside and useful hose and clothes line in the garden. St Merryn has a great wetsuit & board hire shop and excellent bakery. An for those with younger kids there is even a play park next door.

Summary: Great weekend with friends at this lovely house. Perfect for coastal walks and a mooch around St Merryn. The place was clean and cosy and super comfy beds. I plan to return with my family next time as its a great location for kids too.

Summary: We had a great stay at Boulders. The house is immaculate and spacious with all you need to make the perfect stay! It is situated very close to 7 beautiful beaches in North Cornwall, we were spoilt for choice. Also local amenities are excellent and in walking distance, we will definitely be back soon!!!
