Summary: We can’t say enough about this lovely home! It was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Lyon was wonderful to work with and responded immediately when we had a question. The location was very close to Newport and was an easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

Summary: This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Close to Newport, but has the advantages of being outside of Newport proper, like SPACE … to park, to walk, etc. A few great restaurants nearby: Flo’s, Sweet Berry Farms, and Anthony’s Seafood. The home is modern and clean, and has ample separate areas for groups to spread out for privacy. Five stars.

Summary: Our group of 11 absolutely loved this house. Beautiful, immaculate, very well furnished home with great common spaces for our family to hang out. A second home for owners rather than just a normal rental property, so better equipped than most rental homes, and at the same time none of the personal clutter that often can come with someone's second homes. All the beds were very comfortable too and nice linens and towels. Fantastic location - nice quiet street, large well kept yard and deck- grocery store 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to beach, Cliff Walk and downtown Newport. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with too.

Summary: We very much enjoyed our stay at the Newport East House! House was everything that was advertised! Great location just outside of downtown Newport. Just a short drive to the beach and all Newport has to offer. House had plenty of room to fit our small group of adults. Perfect for a weekend getaway. Would highly recommend staying at this house!

Summary: The house was more beautiful than the photos. Excellent location, quiet and close to all. The owner was great at communicating and gave us some helpful tips on local amenities. Very spacious and bathrooms on every level with constant hot water. Large flat screen TVs were a plus. The kitchen and large dining table was perfect for our large family. I would highly recommend you consider this home for your vacation stay.

Summary: What a wonderful house for a reunion with dear friends. Four adults and four kids (ages 9-14) stayed very comfortably in this spacious, clean, beautiful home. Just a quick drive to downtown Newport made it super convenient. The house is spacious, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen table had room for all 8 of us! The owners were very easy to communicate with and answered our questions quickly. We'd stay again!
