You will definitely feel at home once settled. The place is well-maintained and organized, featuring 3 bedrooms are very large and well decorated, a living room with TV and a large eat-in kitchen, washer/dryer, and a working area with free Wi-Fi.
IF YOU HAVE PETS, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY. This is a no-pet, non smoking unit, since the owner and tenant have allergies to pets and smoke.
We require a non-refundable deposit of (3,000.00) , which is used as the 1st month's rent. PLUS (3,000.00), security deposit, which is refundable minus $200.00, utilized for a cleanng fees at the end of your stay. If the unit is not damaged, you will be refunded $2,800.00.
