Positive: Absolutely lovely owners! Prompt response, clear directions, and very comfortable room. The entire facility felt very professionally designed. Kitchen was accessible and easy to use. Bathrooms were clean and had HOT water available, and each room had very professional keypads on each door so there was never concern about entering into a wrong room. Room was also very conveniently located to a bus stop that brings you into the city. God bless these owners and wishing many blessings their way.

Negative: Nothing! I wish I had a longer trip to enjoy the facilities!

Positive: Room was great. The whole apartment was clean and all the other guests were quiet & respectful. Whole environment was comfortable and the neighborhood was safe.

Negative: Was a little far from a T stop but close enough to the city that an Uber was not that expensive

Positive: Large and very comfortable room with air conditioning. Shared kitchen, lounge and bathroom all very clean. Excellent communication with hosts who kindly allowed late check out as I had an evening flight.

Negative: Room on second floor and no lift so a bit of a struggle with large suitcase. Bath towel was a bit small. Not many amenities in the area and did not feel 100% safe coming back on my own at night so used Ubers rather than public transport.

Summary: Very comfortable budget stay.

Positive: Loved the room and shared space. Super clean, attentive owner. Temperature controlled. Easy parking.

Negative: Bathtub didn't plug to take a bath. Jets on tub did not work.

Positive: The place was very clean; the owner is very accessible via messages and calls, they answer as quickly as possible. The rooms had everything we needed. The neighborhood was very quiet and the location was so easy to find. Also, the owner has moved us few days before our arrival in the first floor and we had the best private time the first few days of our stay. We really enjoyed this time and it was really thoughtful of the owner for doing so.

Negative: We really needed a mirror in our bedroom. We had to constantly go to the bathroom to use the one in there.
