There is a screened lanai and backyard with seating and BBQ grill.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay at this clean new property. It was well stocked. Only issue we had was getting an uber/Lyft back to the house from Boca grande after the wedding but that has no impact on the home. Would highly recommend and would book again.
