Summary: We have stayed here a couple of times now.its very quiet and neighbors seam nice they dont bother you. Its a great place to stay

Summary: Our only issue is with the pool. We paid extra to have it heated, when we arrived and it was not heated so we contacted them. They said wait a couple days and maybe it will warm up, we waited and it was still ice cold. They sent someone out and he didn't do anything, the pump was clearly not working. They kept blaming us, having us send photos to them of the pool gauges... It was never heated during our entire stay. Very disappointing. They refunded us the money for the heating but we got a pool home and couldn't even use the pool because it was ice cold.

Summary: There was no sun beds at this property which we thought was very poor. Communication was not very satisfactory. Also there was a problem with the washing machine. The mechanic came out but we didn't hear from you any outcome of this? The kitchen was not well equipped, only plastic dishes. You did however provide us with a kettle which we were grateful for.

Summary: The process was easy, hassel free, and everything with our home was spot on! The location was in a great neighborhood, with friendly locals, and feeling of true happiness and safety. Our boys loved the pool and gaming time in comfort, with a huge flat screen. We collected hundreds of shark teeth and fossils, beach hopped up and down the gulf coast. The boys loved the variety of restaurants and cultural diverse selections, shopping, and antiques. We have no complaints and look forward to returning for more relaxation and fun!
