Summary: This property did not disappoint. The kitchen was spacious and accommodated all the "cooks" in the family. The bedrooms were set up well and there was plenty of sleeping space. Activities for all ages--a playroom for little ones, arcade games for teenagers and grandpa, pool table, visiting nooks and a nice dining area for a few crafts. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Summary: Our group of work colleagues with families had a great time. Robin responded quickly to our last minute questions. This was the first time every member of the under 12s came up to me individually and thanked me for picking a house they all enjoyed. The quote in the title was from one of the 5 year old guests. The rest of us enjoyed the amazing kitchen, the outdoor space, grills, and fire table. The added bonus was each family having a bedroom with a bathroom to settle into and lots of space for us to sit, play, and eat together. Overall, we had a fantastic weekend! Look forward to coming back!

Summary: Overall, this place is amazing. We had a very good experience with our family of 38. Everyone had a bed to sleep in. There is lots of room to play, visit, gather, and chill. The kitchen was stocked well with dishes, cookware, and utensils. Three fridges and 4 ovens are great. The backyard is great for cornhole, etc. and the little kids loved the playset. There were things that caused ratings less than all five stars: The place could use a good deep cleaning and there were some little things that detracted like dead batteries in some of the tv remotes, sinks that drained slowly, and no puck in the air hockey game, to mention a few. These things were minor distractions so the place is great.

Summary: Our family had room to have lots of fun plus, also privacy in this large home with many en suite master bedrooms. This could be a great place with a more careful and attentive housekeeping team. We realize it is a large home to clean but a $600.00 cleaning fee should be enough to vacuum and mop well and provide clean bedding. From dirty linens and comforters to unclean flooring (including hair entangled in many of the carpeted areas), the cleanliness was a deterrent for returning here. The home needs some updating of kitchen supplies and more concern when amenities promised are no longer working or even there. All in all, the children had lots of fun. We overlooked the water running through the driveway leaving slippery moss in our paths since they said it was a problem they have asked the city to fix (but it has been there for quit awhile!) There is a need to mention, in the description, the unfenced drainage pond in the backyard that is definitely a safety concern for young children.
