5 Bedroom House in Papamoa Beach, Bay of Plenty

Large 4 bedroom house located close to the shops and beach on a large, fully fenced, kid friendly section.
We have a fenced above ground swimming pool (1m deep), a spa pool, a playroom, trampoline and lots of grass to run around on. We have a Webber BBQ and a Kamodo meat smoker you can use if ribs and brisket take your fancy.
The 4 bedrooms include;
Master Bedroom: with a king bed and ensuite,
Bedroom 2: either 2 single beds or a super king bed
Bedroom 3: 1 King single bed and can add 1 x trundle bed
Bedroom 4: A double bed
The playroom also features a fold out queen bed if required meaning you can have up to 10 people staying in beds.
We have a newly refurbished kitchen with open plan living. Our lounge has a large smart TV.
Our garage is fully carpeted, heated and has been transformed into a playroom with toys a Smart TV and an X-Box with two controllers. We have a pull out sofa bed in the playroom that can be used as well.
The house has central air conditioning and heating throughout to keep you cool or warm during your stay.

Summary: We holiday as 2 families with children between 9 and 15 therefore having space and things to entertain everyone whilst being close to the beach and a shopping complex was very important. This house more than ticked all the boxes for all of us! The spa and pool were a welcomed addition. The owners were also an absolute pleasure to deal with! Even posting back items the children left behind! Would definitely recommend!

Summary: What a lovely weekend we had at this house for our daughters birthday. The hosts are so lovely and thoughtful. Our daughter was surprised by a bag of lovely little presents. The outdoors of the house are full of fun little things to do. Outdoor seating, pool, jacuzzi, bbq and trampoline keep you involved the whole day. Indoors the house is super clean and tidy with lovely modern interior style. We would love to come back here the next time and recommend it to all families visiting the area.

Summary: We had an amazing time at this place. The property is well located, close to the beach and shops and had everything we needed for a great holiday. Mike & Holly were very helpful and communication was great. The kids loved the pool, playroom and outdoor area. We would definitely go back again.

Summary: The house is spacious, well appointed and light and airy. It’s a very comfortable and enjoyable place to stay with all the modcons. We’ll located in Papamoa with the beach a few minutes drive away and handy to both Tauranga and the Mount. Great hosts and a great home.
