A few steps along the path to the top of the sand dunes from a modern 3 bedroom apartment which is situated behind the absolute beachfront house on Karewa Parade, Papamoa. The sunny deck has beautiful ocean views with Motiti Island in the distance mixed with a lovely garden/tree outlook. Main living and 2 bedrooms are upstairs with a self-contained studio unit downstairs.
Quiet street, safe swimming, fishing, surfing, shellfish (tuatua) gathering, beach walking, 200m to quad bike access for great surf-casting fishing opportunities beyond the houses.
2 min drive to Four Square supermarket, dairy, bar/restaurants, cafe, artisan bakery, cinema, takeaways, hairdresser, liquor store, doctor, dentist, pharmacy. 8 min drive to shopping centre, restaurants and supermarket. 13 min to Bayfair Shopping Centre. 20 mins to Mt Maunganui and Tauranga. 45 mins to Rotorua (Thermal/Cultural centre) and lakes. Local activities include hot pools, Blokarts, jetboating, walks.

Summary: Lovely 3 queen bedroom accommodation one back from Papamoa Beach. Upstairs is a comfortable 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment, with lounge and dining area. Downstairs is queen studio with ensuite.

Summary: We walked the beach every day as it was only 10 steps to the beach.Oh and not to brag but ,we boogie boarded also even with the intense waves. The location was perfect.Kate was lovely friendly ,warm and receptive to any requests we had.The unit was immaculate.The King bed (2 twins made up into a king) was so very comfortable.The apartment was very bright with windows throughout.Some coffee,milk,chips and a bottle of wine, were such a bonus on our late evening arrival.I highly recommend this accomodation.And I would happily rebook this unit.Yolanta and Bill

Summary: Lovely clean apartment, Kate was a great host - we really appreciated the welcome bottle of wine/L&P. Was perfect for us just having a few steps to the beach, and we also liked the good selection of eating places just a couple of minutes drive away.
