Summary: Communication with the property manager was efficient, fast and accurate.The unit was clean and as described, recently renovated, with new bathroom fixtures, lights, floors, furniture, etc.The kitchen is small, but functional. A nice surprise was the huge blender and the large InstaPot. Also the provided plastic boxes with snap lids came in handy!The microwave has the child proof feature to keep the door locked, remember to press the number zero to unlock, then open the door.The starter coffee (regular and decaf) and tea was actually enough for two adults for an entire week (drip coffee maker).Good location for people who want to drive and explore various locations along the coast.There is a gas station, a grocery store (Publix) nearby (by car) and also a restaurant and a fast food place (next to one another) one could walk to.Two - well maintained - community parks are also within walking distance.Have your sun glasses handy when opening the living room curtains in the morning! You will get a blast of Florida's sunny side.We would definitely recommend the place and would stay there again!
