Summary: Service was great and the room was nice, but the bathroom needs renovations. It brought the entire experience down. Even if the bathroom was clean, the floors and walls make it seem dirty. The shower looks like it also needs to be updated. The bathrooms make it more of a 3 star hotel, not a 4 star as listed.

Summary: I had a wonderful experience during my recent stay at this hotel. The property was very clean and well-maintained, which made me feel comfortable right away. At check-in, Caesar made the whole process smooth and easy—such great service! After checking out, my husband realized he had accidentally left some of his high-end clothes in the room. We immediately called the hotel, and Linda reassured us that they had found the items. To our relief, the hotel sent his clothes back to us promptly and with great care. I truly appreciate the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from the entire team. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

Summary: Lovely hotel would come back. Did not know how to call housekeeping no instructions as Coffee and creamers not left in room for us, so check that out before morning. Breakfast buffet was amazingly great as was the wait staff. Would definitely come again.
