Positive: Beautiful area, so peaceful. The house was clean, comfortable and really well equipped. The hot tub was an incredible luxury and the coffee machine was wonderful. Late checkout was really helpful to enjoy our last morning too🙂 would definitely come back again!

Negative: The small fridge didn't cope very well with our large food stash for the weekend, however we made it work. And we ran out of toilet roll as supply was small. Possibly tea towels for drying dishes would be a nice addition.

Positive: Lovely spacious house, fully equipped for humans and dogs. Good garden and the hot tub was a blessing after long walks, as were the comfy beds. On edge of quiet village, with a lovely pub. Good location for driving to the Lakes and Dales. Very helpful hosts. No hesitation in recommending it, and hope to return some day

Positive: Exceptional from start to finish, everything you could possibly need from dishwasher tablets to dog beds and bowls. Owners were readily available for any questions, 3 min walk to a great pub for food and right on edge of Lake District if you wanted days out. Secure and private garden with fabulous hot tub with external lighting . Absolutely fantastic!

Negative: Nothing other than a little tricky to find in the dark but just ask owner for specific directions as on a new (small) estate not recognised by some google maps
