Positive: Very comfortable, updated, and spacious home. Well situated in a nice neighborhood. The beds were extremely comfortable and provided the best nights rest on our trip from Minnesota. Within walking distance to the Iowa State fairgrounds and close to many other amenities. Hope to stay again.

Positive: Everything was super clean and smelled really nice as soon as you walked in the door. Plenty of bedroom space for our group with room to spare.

Negative: Small dining area, but plenty of extra space in the living rooms.
