Summary: We love Fairmont Resorts and while this was a great place we didn’t feel the service lived up to fairmonts. One day we were seated on patio. We told them we only wanted a drink as we’d already had lunch. It took 18 minutes for anyone to acknowledge us. The place wasn’t busy. We also book hotels based on the pool as we swim everyday. Our second day the pool opened at least two hours late because the chemicals were off because there were so many kids in the pool the day before. It’s something that could have been taken care of the night before.

Summary: This was a well-earned escape and JPL maintained it's reputation as the best hotel I've stayed at, world-wide. Every time I stay, it's magical. You do pay for the magic, but it's an experience to savour.

Summary: Very, very nice stay. Some of the amenities are a little dated, like the rough pool & jacuzzi, but really appreciated their availability. The setting is incredible. Staff is fantastic. Food & drinks very pricey. Breakfast buffet is overpriced for the choices available. Found ourselves driving into town for incredible meals for half the price.

Summary: The suites were very spacious with a great view of the lake. The restaurant offered a great selection of food options. The property also offers activities such as paddle boarding, kayaking, etc The area around he hotel is still pretty devastated from the Jasper fires last year

Summary: Not so good, with the expensive rate and no AC in the room, only have the nice lake's view

Summary: The property is beautiful, staff extremely friendly, and great amenities. However, if going in the summer months be aware that some rooms have no air conditioning. When booking a room I saw nothing that indicated which rooms had no AC and only learned I had been given one of those rooms when I walked in to find it very hot. It’s tough paying $1000/night for no AC.
