Summary: Staff was nice, helpful. But for us there was no shopping or dining other than the hotels. I guess you get what you pay for. There were 3 windows in this room. The one with the best was in the bathroom. And you had to be sitting on the toilet to see the window. The other window from our bed looked at a wall, 4-5' away. Bathroom, shower, bed were nice, not something we're going to remember about.

Summary: The hot spring pool was absolutely beautiful, and everything about the hotel was stunning. However, the Gatehouse suite was quite disappointing. The living room and bedroom felt small and cramped, almost like a cave, and the view was not great. It was also inconvenient to plug in appliances—making it hard to use the coffee maker, kettle, and other devices. Although a microwave was provided upon request, it was dirty inside and not properly cleaned, which was very disappointing.
