Summary: We liked everything about our stay except the bed was too firm and the pillows were so over stuffed we wanted to let the air out of them. We didn't get much sleep.

Summary: I have stayed at this hotel before and this stay was alot different. For starters, the air in my room was not cooling so the hotel gave me a fan that was half broken, we couldn't change rooms because we were told the hotel was booked, and from the parking lot, that was true. The room also had broken items that I took pictures of because I didn't want to get any surprise charges. Next issue was linen for the pullout bed. We called the frontdeask and they told us we had to come to the front desk to get some linen because they couldn't leave the front desk because they were short handed. But I will say this...The next day we left early and came back around noon and all issues were addressed. So the stay was not all bad. Just started off bad.

Summary: We arrived on Friday Night and the lady who did the check in was great. Very friendly. Loved the suite as we had a separate couch and TV. Room was clean.

Summary: The front desk staff is amazing. They are most helpful and very nice. The cleaning could use more attention. The bed is comfy and shower has nice water pressure. I believe someone had smoked in my room prior to arrival. When I went to my room the window was fully open and it smelled unpleasant. I made a couple of cups of coffee and left the window open until bedtime and that seemed to help.
