Positive: Convenient location, staff is always nice!

Negative: I was told I was in a renovated room, however the mattress was very uncomfortable, there was no hot water for my shower or water pressure.

Summary: Will stay again bc of location , hopefully a better experience. I come 4 times a year or so for work.

Positive: The staff!! They went above and beyond!! So very kind and respectful as well. I also really, really liked the water. As well as the fact it was always available and fresh. 😊

Negative: The bed wasn't as comfortable as I like it to be. But it's better than other places.

Positive: Very neat and clean. Price was reasonable and they accommodated my family and I to have rooms next to each other.Location was walking distance to shopping, food and entertainment. The pool was upkept and indoors which allowed us to go at anytime despite the weather. Breakfast was served fresh and there was lots of variety daily. I would definitely rebook.

Positive: The hotel is in an excellent location, within a shopping area replete with stores and restaurants, which can be reached on foot, and not far from GA400 highway. The rooms have everything you need, including a coffee maker, and the lobby and breakfast area are very comfortable. There's also a pool and a small gym, which I didn't use. What makes this hotel a stand-out, however, is the staff. Everyone I spoke with was helpful and genuinely friendly. Particular thanks to Jacqui in reception; Michael, who shared his sunny, optimistic philosophy on life when we got to chatting; and Rosabel in housekeeping, always ready with a smile and extra towels or coffee packets when I needed them!

Negative: The closets are extremely small, although they may be large enough for most business travelers, so that's probably an insignificant quibble for most guests. I also wish that the hotel did not use styrofoam plates and plastic cutlery at breakfast. If Marriott insists on using disposable items, I wish they would source strong paper plates and bamboo cutlery instead.
