Summary: This was a lovely place to stay. Everything was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the relaxing view of the lake at all times of the day. The neighborhood is quiet and great for taking a walk. It was too cold to go in the water or enjoy time on the dock....but it was broken and could not have been accessed anyway. The owner lives above the apartment, and we could hear footsteps, coughing, and some TV, but it was not annoying. Communication with the owner was prompt and courteous. I would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had a nice stay at the house that was conveniently located near events we had planned for the weekend. The home was comfortable and nicely stocked with essentials like coffee.

Summary: Overall I would give this place a 5 star rating. You could hear the walking above occasionally and there were a few stained bathroom ceiling tiles but it was very homey and comfortable. The house was equipped with everything you would need and then some. The host can even provided coffee and real creamer. Great location close to restaurants, stores and gas station. You can’t beat that lake view in the morning drinking a cup of coffee. The host was awesome and was quick to respond and communicate.

Summary: Everything was fine especially for the price. A great place for a small family, husband/wife and maybe one child. The only problem we had was the steepness of the walkway to the boat dock and this bothered my wife simply because she has had both of her knees replaced and they began to ache her after we got back. The only other problem was that we had to leave early because of the tropical storm that blew through Atlanta and we couldn't complete the last two days of our trip. Otherwise it was a great place to stay and a great trip.
