Positive: The whole stay was very nice. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located in a great area where there are many things to do. The breakfast was delicious.

Negative: There isn't anything that we didn't like.

Negative: Staff, while professional, was somewhat indifferent to us during check in. Did nothing to acknowledge Hilton Honors membership — room upgrade, river view, etc.

Positive: The view of the river from the 5th floor was beautiful! It was definitely my favorite part. The bed was also comfy, the room has a smart tv, nice spacious shower in the bathroom, everything smelled and looked clean. Breakfast was nice. All employees were friendly.

Negative: No issues at all, we loved staying here!
