Summary: The night time, front desk staff member was hostile and very unprofessional. The smoke detector kept flashing all night, keeping us awake (until staff came in the 2nd day and fixed it), there were dirty hand prints on the ceiling above the bed, and the safe was broken. I used to love staying at this hotel, but I've booked it for the last time.

Summary: It was clean. The location was great as well. The layout was strange and we felt like the hotel works really hard to curb costs, all at the customer's expense. There's one microwave on the entire floor, only two of each washcloths and towels are placed in the room and the front desk ladies don't appear to be happy at their job. Not a "Welcome", not a "How was your stay"? No hellos or good byes, they were busy on their phones. There are only two elevators and they ran slow. It wasn't what I expect from a Marriot and we wouldn't stay again.

Summary: Overall, we had a very nice one night stay. The only big issue was that my sister-in-law had a stain on her sheet on her bed (see photo) we are going to reach out to the manager and Hotels.com about it but if looks like it was blood. Not what I would have expected for this hotel as everything else as clean and well maintained. The swimming pool was awesome and our king size bed was very comfortable. We did have a shade that was broken on one side but it still covered most of the window and allowed very little light in during the night while we were asleep. My wife enjoyed using the stand up shower and the safe and coffee maker worked perfectly for me.

Summary: When we visited, one of the two elevators was not working and it made any coming down or up the room so frustrating to have to wait so long. We ended up using the stairs for most of our stay. Due to this same issue, room service had a hard time going from floor to floor so we ended up not having room service some days until later in the day that we’d just opt out of it. The first day that we got there my kids found crumbs of food all over the floor and the door handles were a little sticky. Overall the value was good as well as the room and the staff was always nice and helpful.
