Positive: breakfast was amazing. staff were super courteous and helpful. location is brand new and super clean with access to walmart and plenty of gas stations and restaurants.

Negative: everything was perfect. except elevator has no air, so it was pretty hot but it is quick, so not a big deal.

Summary: we will be back whenever we visit family.

Positive: Looks and feels like a brand new hotel. Spotlessly clean. Super nice staff. Very accommodating. They even had gluten free items on the breakfast bar which I rarely find.

Negative: Had a little glitch with the keyless entry and I was locked out of my room but the maintenance person came quickly to resolve the issue.

Summary: A beautiful hotel and wonderful stay!

Positive: Mostly clean enough. Location was very close to our event location.

Negative: Our first room had a very strong cleaning / perfume smell. Like they were trying to cover up a bad smell. So strong that it caused me to start with a headache, which I am sensitive to. The receptionist did change our room for us, which was better. However, the hall had that perfume smell and every time we entered our room we could smell it. 2nd, my toothbrush had a hair in it- didn’t know how to prove it was them and didn’t want to risk additional retribution. I can spot a tiny bug a mile away so there is no way I put my toothbrush brush back like that.

Summary: If I have a choice, I would not book with them again.

Negative: No bar or restaurant, but we sort of knew that. It wasn't close to anything either. It was okay like drying yourself with a slightly damp bath towel. It does the job sort of.
