Summary: Have stayed on numerous occasions and it is always excellent. The only thing that is could improve on was in the restaurant area they were very slow with only one person on staff. Otherwise outstanding as always. Front desk is extremely friendly and always remembers people as you come in. They always offered help you find the room location that you like. It's close to home Olive Garden and Old Chicago. Outstanding stay

Summary: So far it’s been an amazing experience traveling with dogs and a child. It’s entirely pet welcoming with a huge field for the dogs next door with easy access for morning bathroom wanders. The staff has been courteous and amazing. A water park within 7 min. Food was easy and wonderful last night. I am hearing the pool is well worth it so will check out after breakfast.

Summary: The staff is always friendly when you come in. They remember you if you have traveled there frequently. The rooms are clean and well organized and a large work desk for business papers is nice. A comfortable chair in the corner of the room with good lighting allows reading of material. Although I would recommend a foot rest. The bed is excellent with nice pillows. The small refrigerator will hold any goodies you have brought with you or they have a lovely selection of snacks at the hotel desk grocery area. In the summertime the outdoor sitting area has a lovely fire pit. I will continue to always stay when in The area. Old Chicago is within walking distance.

Summary: Great stay. We were here only one night of a longer road trip but had a very pleasant stay. The location is convenient, close to the Interstate but not too close. There are a number of restsurants within easy walking distance of the hotel if you want to stretch your legs. Otherwise, they have a very good onsite restsurant & bar. That's where we had a very good, cooked to order, hot breakfast. I really peefer that go the free breakfasts so many hotels do now. Those breakfasts are rarely any good or even warm, but people eat them because they're "free." Our room was large & clean and had everything we needed. Staff were kind & helpful. Highly recommend.

Summary: The Hilton Garden Inn in Billings is an excellent place to stay. They have a lovely fire pit outside during the summer as well as a attractive lobby with many private seating areas where you can work. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, with excellent pillows and good business setup and a comfortable chair. My only suggestion is they need better coverage for both room service trays to take to and from rooms. As most people many times want to take items upstairs and enjoy something other than paper boxes. The Breakfast is nicely done for small cost per person. They have excellent transportation to and from the airport. It is one of my favorite locations to stay in Billings.

Summary: This hotel was okay. I will probably look around more for a better place for the money. My main focus was a nice pool and hot tub for our trip but could've found better for the price. The biggest disappointment was the continental breakfast, that was just luke any other continental breakfast at a hotel, and they charge $16.99 per person for it. You'll get a much better meal elsewhere for cheapest, or at another hotel for free.

Summary: The Hilton Garden Inn is in an excellent location and offers top notch shuttle service to and from the airport. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with excellent pillows. The staff is always friendly and outgoing. The restaurant serves room service which has nicely done salads and excellent breakfast. It has recently been updated and has a very attractive lobby. I always enjoy staying with them.
