Positive: Very comfortable and quiet. Access to farming roads made for some wonderful walks throughout the battlefield, memorials, and cemeteries. Also, nearby Albert, Peronne, and Bapaume provided cafes and markets for shopping and groceries. Most of all, Diane was a super host and scholar of the Great War. The quietude of a small village and fresh country air make this a cozy property and one that will be our go-to for future Somme visits!
