Positive: The Decor / furnishings/ bedding etc are all high quality and it felt like you was staying in a hotel , but with the added extra of more space . The bathroom and kitchen is very modern . Considering it’s near town it’s nice and quiet , you can hear the cathedral bells but not loud.

Negative: It’s very hard to fault this place but if there was one thing that may help it become 10/10 rather than 9.7 it would be that it needs 2 x very comfortable sofas to encourage you to stay in . We used the bed to relax on while having our only night in .

Positive: It was self catering. The appartment was amazing very clean indeed and an excellent location. The appartment had every amenity you could possibly want. A lovely welcome basket was also provided. I would give a five star rating and wouldn’t hesitate to re-book. Many thanks a fantastic break.

Negative: If I has to state only one thing I would have liked the internet to work a little better. That been said it is a break and I am not one for allways been on my phone. I only say this for work purposes.

Positive: A very comfortable, quiet and well-appointed apartment right in the centre of Ripon. We used this as a base for exploring the surrounding area. Private parking was secure and very convenient within the grounds of the property. Would certainly recommend.
