Positive: This was a comfortable, charming and clean cottage that met all our needs for a 3 night stay in Masham! It was warm, had all the essentials and close to the center of town. Neil and Becky were also very friendly and helpful hosts!

Negative: The bathroom and sofa are a bit dated but they were not deal breakers!

Summary: A great place for a cosy country cottage getaway!

Positive: Suited us as one of the bedrooms and bathroom was on ground floor.

Negative: Personally i can’t get on with memory foam mattress!!

Summary: This is the forth time we’ve stayed so I think that says it all.

Positive: Make no mistake Magnolia Cottage is exceptional. The peaceful, tranquil setting is second to none and the cottage itself is deceptively spacious with two lovely bedrooms. If you like to watch the birds you will be joined by a lovely song thrush, Robins and wrens, and the sound of the curlews. We weren't here for a holiday as we still worked and needed a 2 week stop gap before our new house but Masham is a special place and the combination of Magnolia Cottage and the tranquility it provided was perfect. Cost wise, in my view its more than excellent value for money. Thankyou Neil and Rebecca.

Positive: Excellent location, and parking outside house on driveway was a huge bonus. Very comfortable beds, underfloor heating and a gorgeous garden, just a beautiful house.

Positive: Becky was a friendly host who made us feel very welcome. Off road parking was good. Garden nice for sitting in the sunshine. Convenient location for exploring the wider area by car, and also for walking locally, such as to Marfield wetlands and riverside walk. Convenient for the market square and Kings Head for a meal, and also the Black Sheep Brewery which we'd recommend for food and drink.

Negative: The mattress was a bit firm for us, but everything else was perfect.
