Summary: Everything in the apartment was of the highest standard and every thing we needed was provided along with things we didn’t know we needed! The bed was really comfortable and the shower was fantastic. The door to get up to the apartment from the second floor was not signposted and we only found the door to the apartment floor when a very nice gentleman from apartment 8 showed us the way. Also the lift wasn’t working.

Summary: We had a beautiful 3 night stay, the building itself was beautiful before you even reach your room. The room was absolutely perfect everything we expected and more it was stylish and comfortable. The location is perfect for a walk into ripon centre. Thanks for a lovely stay we will be back!

Summary: We were a bit disappointed that the lift was not working and seemingly has been out of action since the beginning of December. We would not have booked the flat had we known this as we are in our late seventies and my husbands found the stairs a bit of a problem. Although the housekeeper did her best to solve the problem with the heating it remains uncontrollable. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay and would recommend the flat once these issues have been resolved.
