Summary: The house is well maintained and has all you need to enjoy your stay in the mountains. It is located close to the trails within the resort. The back deck is nice and private, but there are lots of bugs in the evening.

Summary: We feel very lucky to have stumbled across this house and vacation destination. This house was perfect for our family. The back deck was the spot we all gathered for morning coffee before we went to the lake club. I cannot say enough about the amenities provided. We swam and boated and rented kayaks, took guided hikes and enjoyed an evening of painting and wine. The house was nicely equipped with everything you would need to get settled and stay. The owner was a joy to work with. We really cannot say enough good things about our trip to Bear Lake Reserve. We are telling everyone about this amazing place. We will most definitely be back.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home is beautiful, cozy, clean and comfortable. Couldn't ask for more at the home. The Lake Club was fun - happily surprised to find out the outdoor pools are heated through October. The kids had a great time there. The restaurant was a little bit of a let down due to poor service and hit or miss food but the managers did a good job to make it right.
