Summary: Wonderful family vacation in Tuscany! My husband and I traveled with our two daughters, their husbands, and our 4 grandchildren ages 7 months to 5 years. The property was spacious and allowed all family groups to have their own section of the house. The separate cottage was great and one family of 4 stayed there. The pool is beautiful! The grandchildren and adults all had a fun time swimming every day. The weather was quite warm so there was no need to heat the pool. We originally scheduled our trip for September 2020, but had to reschedule. Petra was very accommodating and allowed us to move the reservation to June 2022. The caretaker, Ruanthi, greeted us upon arrival. She was so gracious and showed us around the property. We didn’t have a car so she offered to take us to the grocery store in the nearby town. Ruanthi was available to us and provided supplies and assistance throughout our stay. I would definitely come back to Villa Ripanera. We look forward to returning in the future!

Summary: The Villa looked amazing online but NOTHING compares to the beauty, luxury, and absolute dreaminess of this place! Our house manager, Ms. Ruanthi was available anytime to answer questions, keep our villa cleaned, and make reservations or recommendations for us as needed. The accommodations were over-the-top in comfort and design, there was ample space for 13 of us and I just can't say enough about how PERFECT Villa Ripanera is for a travel destination.

Summary: Our friends and I had a magical stay at this villa. Tucked in the hills of Tuscany with the most STUNNING view, we felt like we were living in a painting the entire time we were there. The rooms were excellent and we had tons of privacy. This is a villa where you can really social distance!! We even had a chef come on night and cook us the MOST delicious meal while gazing across the evening sky. Ruianti, the caretaker who lives next to the villa, was also totally amazing! I would highly recommend this to anyone and everyone looking for an amazing post-pandemic getaway. I will definitely be going back!!

Summary: Everything about our stay was amazing. The villa is gorgeous and the estate is straight out of a movie - stunning! We were greeted by Ruanthi who was wonderful and took us on a tour of the villa. We were here celebrating my 50th birthday and Ruanthi arranged for a birthday cake to be delivered one night as a surprise. The villa, people, the whole experience is first class with a warm feeling. Communication at every step was stellar. I can't say enough great things about staying here. We will definitely be back! Simply amazing!

Summary: We were a group of 13 adults - a mix of couples and singles and the property worked great for us. The property was very accurately described in the listing. There were so many great spaces, both inside and out, that it was hard to pick where to hang out. Pool was wonderful too. One thing we liked best - and unlike some other large rental properties - was that the bedrooms were all good. It was very easy for us to divvy up the bedrooms and nobody was disappointed. Communication with the owner was excellent. On-site hostess Ruanthi was extremely responsive and pleasant. The area was very scenic and nicely located. Nice Coop grocery store only 10 mins away. Very convenient to Florence, Chianti wineries and more. The day we had to leave was very sad - we didn't want to leave.
