Summary: I want to be sure to call out the place that mom and I stayed during our trip to Tuscany. This was the perfect base for us to stay. They have a restaurant on site and breakfast was included. Barbara took care of us in the mornings, Francesco made sure we had everything we needed during the day (the best parking, where to go, and even brought me a bottle of Persecco and chips down by the pool). Claudia is the best hostess for dinner. She absolutely goes out of her way to make sure your dinning experience exceptional. I have only named a few of the staff who made our trip amazing. They are all top notch including the house pup Fosco. If you are around Florence be sure to pay a visit for dinner or stop and stay a few days. It is time very well spent! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Pool was beautiful and refreshing after a long day of sightseeing. Free parking on site.

Summary: This is the only hotel I have decided to review based on 3 weeks of family trip. Outstanding attention to detail and extremely customer centric staff. Rooms are very well equipped and clean (toothbrush,toothpaste and all). The bed was extremely comfortable. The view was breathtaking, especially at sunset (I myself Italian and I’m used to great views, and this was one of the best). Breakfast was amazing with lots of options. Particular thanks to Ms Consuelo which took good care of my wife when I had to head down for a meeting in Florence.
