Negative: If they can add a scale in the room that will be helpful. Tourists would like to weight their luggage.

Positive: Thank you, Extay Dongdaemun, for the great accommodation and warm hospitality! I really loved your hotel. It’s super close to Exit 6 of Dongdaemun Station and easy to access for older people or wheelchair users. Just a little heads-up for future travelers — the hotel is on the 4th floor. There’s a lift, but you’ll need to climb a few steps before getting to it. The room is perfect for 2–3 people. If you have more than that, it might feel a bit cramped and you won’t have much space to open your luggage. Check-in and check-out were really simple. You can also leave your luggage at the hotel if you want to walk around before heading to the airport. They provide towels, but they’re quite small, so bring your own if you prefer a bigger one. There’s also a shared kitchen and laundry area (detergent provided), which is super convenient!

Negative: Just a minor thing to fix — the bidet (water hose) in Room 104 isn’t working. But that’s really not a big deal overall.

Positive: I absolutely loved that it was straight in front of dongdaemun station exit 6. Saved us when we were so exhausted after carrying our luggage. Also LOVED how convenient and easy it was to use. The place was amazing, rooms were clean and space was super optimized. Location was also great for us as tourists. I just loved everything about it.

Negative: My dad saw some trash underneath the bed but other than that 10/10

Positive: Close to metro - literally get off exit 6 and the door to the hotel building is right beside you. Close to yellow route Seoul City Bus Tour which is hop on/hop off. Yummy chicken restaurant in the same building - plenty of food and shops right around you. We were worried about noise but actually we didn’t really hear outside noise. We were also able to store our luggage for a few hours after check out with secure locks while we went to do a bit more shopping.

Negative: We were happy with everything.

Summary: Wonderful stay with everything you need close by.

Positive: Excellent kitchen area, bathroom was very clean, and the room was well laid out for space as well. Fantastic location easy to fond and easy access to metro too.

Negative: Only one comment - I would add block-out blinds to the room as it’s quite bright in the area at night.
