Positive: The apartment was the most affordable and perfect place for a couple and two teenage girls to stay while making a college visit.. It was very comfortable and clean. John the owner of the apartment was very nice and accommodating.

Negative: The facility "staff" were not very helpful. We could barely hear them when asking questions about the surrounding area. There was a "fire" evacuation in the middle of the night and the staff didn't appear to know what was going on or give any direction. I believe the listing shows parking available? But, we had to find a parking garage and pay over $35 a night for literally overnight parking. The pool, jacuzzi and rooftop patio was beautiful, but dirty - garbage cans full and debris laying about. The jacuzzi water was not hot nor did it work or bubble when turned on. It's a shame for such a beautiful space that it isn't well kept.

Positive: The convince and location. The gentleman who assisted us was very friendly. It seemed as if we were the first to rent this place and needed a little better preparation, but very good over all. I am very satisfied with the room we got.
