Positive: Kitchen extremely well stocked. Comfortable rooms and beds. Loved the decor and cosy lounge room. Enjoyed a lovely outdoor bath. Great location - a little out of the main town - but still very handy.

Negative: Loved it all. Could have done with a seat outside the back door to sit on in the morning sun and on when removing shoes to protect the beautiful floors.

Positive: Loved the styling of this property. The kitchen was perfect for cooking. The surprise from the host on the table was so beautiful. Loved the instructions and communication was fab!! It’s a great place for privacy as well as family togetherness. Derby is definitely for those who love the outdoors and bikes enthusiasts.

Positive: Beautifully appointed, very relaxed setting. It was lovely to be welcomed with some wine, chocolate, and bath salts. Everything was clearly explained so we could easily make ourselves at home. A cozy, feel-good place to unwind and enjoy each other’s company.

Negative: The outside bedroom floor, particularly under the bed, and lower walls had not been cleaned for a while.

Summary: A very refreshing and relaxing break - so glad we stayed there.

Positive: Place was nice and clean, easy ride to trailhead. Nice kitchen and bathroom with coffee machine to make the cold mornings bearable.

Negative: Bike racks could be better for long wheelbase bikes although this is a minor issue in the scheme of things.

Positive: This was a lovely house, clean with everything you could need. The owner was great to talk too and make sure everything was ready when we arrived.

Negative: The towels were a bit crunchy and worn. The bbq was unfortunately not fit to use.
