Positive: The location is awesome, so close to the trail head, views are sensational. The garage is great for storing bikes and the laundry and 3 toilets is a plus.
Negative: Pillows are totally horrible. Couches have never been moved to clean underneath. No HDMI cable so dvd player was useles Should advertise what coffee pods to bring as once you run out there is no way of making a coffee other than instant.

Positive: The location was great and the house was very warm. One of the single beds in the room attached to the bathroom was not very comfy as some of the springs in the bed had gone.
