Positive: Good location about 20mins drive from the Rhine Falls. It was great for what we needed, travelling in a large group of 8 (4 teenagers). More than enough space and facilities were more than sufficient for what we needed. There was an excellent bakery nearby and in the morning we could walk to the lake and an old church on an islet which was really nice.

Positive: This is an excellent spacious extremely well maintained clean apartment. Glassware and plates were abundant and in excellent condition as was the silverware. Dishwasher, washing machine and dryer all available. We couldn’t have wished better. Two parking spaces available

Negative: Nothing to dislike. It’s simply perfect!

Positive: The house is very well stocked and has very good utensils. We found absolutely everything for our stay. The garage is in the basement of the building and the spot is close to the elevator entrance. The windows are of very good quality and does not allow noise to get inside the unit.

Positive: The apartment is extremely spacious, very clean and tidy. Amenities are great and in good condition. The two bathrooms, washing machine, and the full equipped kitchen are perfect for us. The apartment comes with 2 parking spaces in the basement of the building which is very convenient. We are a group of 4 adults stayed for 2 nights, the experience was quite perfect. The neighborhood is quiet nad peaceful, but right next to the main road although it does not feel noisy. There is a beautiful small island Werd which is just about 10 min walk away which is great for a short walk. The beautiful town of Stein am Rhein is about 10 min drive away.

Negative: 1) Inside the small bathroom, there is a design flaw, that the glass shower door is too big and can barely open/close when a person is in the shower. 2) To exit the underground parking garage, there is a super sharp and narrow turn which is a bit difficult as we were driving a bigger car. 3)There is a construction site right next to the building but we didn't hear any noise when we were in the apartment in the morning and evening so it was acceptable except affected the view of the big and comfortable balcony.

Summary: Huge and tidy apartment good for up to 6 or 8 person

Positive: This was a very modern clean apartment and ideal for a family or small group

Negative: The downside was it was very near to a busy road with a construction site next door. We also couldn’t get the hob or the coffee machine to work and there were no instructions for either. Both of these items need to be checked and it would have been good to have a contact number for the owner.

Positive: The apartment exceeded my expectations. It was extremely large, clean, and modern, with all the utilities needed for long stays. The two bathrooms were fully equipped and spacious, the bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious, same for the living room. The kitchen had everything you could ever need for an extended stay. There is underground parking for two vehicles. The area is remote, quiet, away from large cities, perfect for longer stays.

Negative: We only had some trouble with the safe in which the key was stored since it didn't want to open at first, but after asking someone who seemed to help with administrating the building, she was able to help release it. Perhaps the door was slightly stuck. A contact number could be useful in such situations.

Summary: Gorgeous apartment for large families looking for longer stays.

Positive: Everything in Exclusive 5,5 was just perfect and all you need for accommodation was there. Very comfortable even up to 8 adults. Two bathrooms, very spacy kitchen with all needed technic and dishes, 4 bedrooms (2 with double bed and 2 with Twin beds).Really ideal stay for us for one night, but definitely also for longer if needed. Very close also to wonderful Stein am Rein old town, around 1 km (photos of old town added).

Negative: Next to the road, so sound of passing cars can be heard if windows are opened (just for remark to whome it can be important)

Summary: Perfect appartment! Reccommend for group of friends or bigger families!
