Positive: It was beautifully equipped with a great view, central location and was spotlessly clean. On the downside, I asked for an early check in, because my flight got me to town well before 3pm. They told me I could arrive early if I paid an extra $100! Or they would give me a massive (!) 10% discount to use a company called Stasher to hold my bags. (I checked, and the nearest Stasher venue was an hour from the apartment!) in all the years that I have been using Booking.com and Airbnb, this is the first time that this has happened. Usually, if the property is empty before I arrive, the host is only too happy to let me go in an hour or too early, without extra charge. Or offer to hold my bags. I told the this to the host for this property on Booking.com they didn’t reply! The same applied when I dared to mention a late check out.

Negative: Limited kitchen crockery. Only 3 cups , 3 bowls, 3 glasses so hand washed everything as too few stuff to use dishwasher. Sofa very small. No ironing board cover

Positive: Overall, the property is well appointed and comfortable. Restaurants, cafes and public transport are all within an easy walk. There is also a large Shopping Centre close by.

Negative: We didn't receive the check-in information before we left at 9am, for our 4 and a half hour drive. Consequently, the keys and parking information wasn't on-hand when we arrived. I would suggest that we could have been given more information beforehand so that we were familiar with the parking, at least. We also had a smoke alarm beeping for 3 days. The company managing the property, remotely, weren't able to get anyone out to change the batteries until after we'd left.

Negative: It wasn’t as clean when we walked through. There were crumbs under the couch and tv unit but nothing major we just vacuumed it up.
