Summary: i love where this is - close proximity to civic.it was a shame that the shower head and shower pressure was completely inadequate.i had hot water on day one (not that i could really access it with the pressure) - but day 2 & 3 the water was cold - zero hot water

Summary: The property was in the perfect place for Floriade and the major attractions. Floriade was 200m away and shops within easy walking distance. We also walked from there to the parliamentary district and the War Memorial. Property was as advertised. Only issue was some noise from building works next door.

Summary: Great location but issues with bed linen in the upstairs dryer, no light in the upstairs bathroom, noisy air conditioner and cupboard downstairs open with dryer running, vacuum cleaner, etc. poor communication from owner. Hint to future guests - run taps for shower to let water heat up otherwise you will have a cold shower!
