Summary: Second time we have stayed here. A great hotel with a layout that suits family's with small children. Great value with buffet breakfast. Our kids love it. Location is excellent. Parking underneath.

Summary: Its my 2nd stay. Loved the areas because its near to shopping areas and restaurants. Hotel is connected to a casino. I had a room which is above the morning breakfast restaurant. The smell was strong in the room every morning!

Summary: Pillows were terrible and hard, first night sleep was uncomfortable the silding window blinds were hard to open in the room even lightly cut my arm in the process of trying to open it. however the staff were sincere and very helpful to make it as comfortable as possible for my family and I.

Summary: Blinds didnt work throughout our stay and we were been told that the technician didn't turn up. No upfront communication, we had to raise this issue. Shampoo and body wash were empty in bathroom and we had to ask the front desk in order for them to be refilled. Housekeeping on day 2 or day 3 didn't occur until 4.30pm. Leftover food and tray were left outside our room. Guests across from ours are very loud and triggered the fire alarm on our last day. Overall, room itself is ok except we never get the chance to have functioning blinds to see out the window.
