Villa Rosemarine is an impressive 50m frontage - waterfront - 6 bedroom, 6 bathroom villa built of Brac stone (the same stone as the US White House). During the winter of 2010 the villa was completely rebuilt to a very high luxury standard - the villa is now one of the most desirable on the Adriatic as not only is it an executive standard but the villa enjoys being in a quiet bay with a national park so it is very quiet yet just minutes to the local villages. Fully serviced so you can relax under the pines by the crystal clear Adriatic Sea. No expense has been spared on the fit out of this high end villa - as it is built over 3 levels with many private spaces it lends itself to a perfect vacation for friends and families - there are many activities from water sports, bike riding, kayaking, table tennis, DVD library and the list goes on. About Villa Rosemarine
The villa is fully staffed so that guests can relax and enjoy not only the beautiful villa but the surrounding areas. Our Villa Manager, Milka speaks perfect English as well as German and is a History teacher so is very knowledgeable about the archaeological sites to be found if guests are interested to learn more. The address is very desirable on the Put Ruzmarine headland, this area is well known to be one of the finest addresses on the Dalmatian Coast.
From Split it is a 40 minute car ferry ride to Brac Island then a 40 minute drive to the villa.
When you arrive at Villa Rosemarine there is a beautiful garden with lavender, pines, palms, bougainvillea, rosemary, geraniums and many other Mediterranean plants.
The villa is entered through the middle level were you will find three bedrooms and three bathrooms as well as one of the 3 entertainment rooms complete with plasma satellite TV/DVD and three terraces (one with a table tennis table). All the beds are brand new
On the ground floor you will find one huge bedroom and one bathroom, this room also has a day bed perfect for families complete with Plasma satellite TV/DVD. The main culinary kitchen and dining room (full cooking can be arranged by the villa managers) are on this level as well as the covered terrace and alfresco dining areas.
Outdoor terraces give plenty of space for relaxing and privacy. From this level there are 5 steps to another set of terraces, one of which has a Jacuzzi another with a hammock. A large day bed with loads of cushions can be found here - perfect to read a book and look onto the sea with a cappuccino or cocktail.
From here you stroll into the Adriatic sea, there are steps right into the crystal water. There is also a buoy available to tie up the resident boat (extra charge) complete with licensed skipper who is very experienced in the fantastic places to take clients from lavender fields, crystal clear bays with little restaurants.

Summary: Thank you for such a super holiday. We all loved our time and did not want to leave. Can we please come back. The staff are just great, the villa is romantic and magical, a true Dalmatian treat, it feels like you will fall into the water it is just that close. We loved that the bedlinen was divine, the pillows amazing (where can I buy them?) and the beds so comfortable we have not slept that well for years, or was it all the swimming and fresh air or maybe the wine? We hoped this villa would be everything we wanted but it turned out to be much more = just perfect actually. Everything went so smoothly from dealing with the owner and the millions of questions we asked before we went (thank you to her for being so patient with us and giving such comprehensive answers). Once there the staff were not only friendly and kind but interested in our requests and made the holiday something else. All our best to you for your service. Till we meet again.

Summary: We loved the stay at Villa Rosemarine. Super comfortable beds (with incredible pillows) plus lots of spaces to chill alone or be together for drinks and meals. The open fire was a nice touch as the evenings were cool outside, the underfloor heating was good too. We had some great sunny days out on the boat, can highly recommend it. The staff were fantastic and very helpful. We WILL return.

Summary: What an incredible location for a well deserved break away from reality. The beds are super kings so the sleep quality on those lovely sheets really made for a super vacation. The staff and services provided made it feel like a boutique hotel. So much is included from the large welcome pack of yummy food, beer, wine and the boats with professional skippers plus the kayaks and stand up paddle boards (the teens got into a competition with that) We will definitely return as it was something beyond our dreams to stay there. Thank you for offering such a great place for us to be at peace under the pines

Summary: We love Croatia and we adore Villa Rosemarine. Being right on the waterfront this exclusive home offers so much from high quality beds and linens to wonderfully appointed bathrooms. The kitchen had better appliances than my own home - wow is all I can say about that! We arrived to a large welcome pack of goodies (enough for the first few days actually). The wine and beer that was provided allowed for us to just relax and enjoy the special surroundings and not have to stress about a thing. `Our extended family came together for a special birthday and the staff offered so much - they work beyond their roles and this made our stay something beyond our wildest imagination. The boat and Skipper were something very special as really the Adriatic is best seen on the water itself. A big thank you to the owner who was really professional throughout the booking process - we asked probably too many questions and she always answered quickly and now we have been we can see that she was very accurate in those answers.

Summary: Wow, wow wow- That is the first thing that comes to mind when I think of this house, this island and the entire experience. The house is one of the nicest I have ever rented and feels so new, open and so incredibly well appointed. Milka the house manager was amazing and took such good care of all 13 of us. I would return in a heartbeat and the memories of our trip will be priceless for our family forever. I can HIGHLY recommend this house and this Island and the entire experience.

Summary: A piece of heaven! The villa has been sympathetically restored and retains a rustic Croatian feel with beautiful local stonework. Right on the water’s edge, it’s set on three levels with stunning views from each and an array of spaces to socialise in or retreat to. The pine trees add to the peaceful atmosphere. Bedrooms were tastefully furnished with the luxury of en-suites and the beds were more comfortable than home! The contemporary kitchen had been recently refurbished and well kitted out for any cooking you had in mind. The villa manager, Milka, was a fountain of knowledge about the island, with great restaurant recommendations and the option of have having meals catered for and exploring the islands by boat (skippered by Milka’s husband, Simon) took luxury to another level. Kayaking on the stunning blue water was a highlight and so convenient to be able to launch from your own jetty. The hardest part of this memorable experience was leaving. Can’t recommend highly enough - definitely one for sharing with friends and family and we look forward to coming back.

Summary: My husband and I stayed at this beautiful home with friends recently and we were so blown away by how incredible this property was that we wanted to let others know. From the moment we walked into Villa Rosemarine we felt relaxed and at ease. The property is traditional in style, yet features all the modern features we look for in a holiday home. Every couple had their own space, separated by spacious sitting areas on each floor, allowing for privacy. Our favourite feature of the home was the open plan kitchen and living area which opened onto an alfresco dining space. This is where our group of friends spent most of our time - enjoying time in the sun or just relaxing in the most incredible hammock! Another aspect we loved was being able to walk down to the large jetty and swim straight out into the perfect water - without having to leave home! We spent many relaxing afternoons down by the water, enjoying each other's company in the privacy of our own villa. The owners of this property have thought of everything, resulting in a relaxing, stress-free holiday. We loved our time at Villa Rosemarine and are already looking forward to our next visit!
