Positive: Great location, quiet road, off street parking and outdoor space, comfortable beds, super shower and plenty of hot water.

Negative: Whilst the eat-in kitchen was a great size, we struggled with the cool box style under counter fridge and would have loved some more space for our groceries in the warm weather. There was insufficient toilet paper provided for a 4 night stay. The broadband/router set up did not seem to support TV streaming.

Summary: Comfortable accommodation within easy reach of Lincoln and surrounding countryside.

Positive: Lovely little house warm and comfortable. Ideal for traveling round .staff were exceptionally helpful. Lovely welcome pack when we arrived very well thought out. Thoughly enjoyed our stay .would highly recommend..

Negative: Second bedroom was little small lighting was poor and bed side draws were broken .

Positive: Lovely, comfortable property, perfect as a stay over for the weekend. The staff were so helpful and very friendly. When we had a very early morning start to get to Cadwell Park Race Circuit, they arranged early takeaway breakfast for us. Comfortable clean beds, crisp white clean towels, and a fantastic assortment of gifted essentials left in the kitchen for us, just perfect. The pub next door serves delicious food too, with superb service from the staff. What's not to love?!
