Negative: dog friendly but garden not enclosed, which was scary with the extremely busy road Not complaining but looked run down didn't stay the 2nd night

Positive: I had the use of the whole house and all the amenities. Lovely property and very comfortable.

Negative: The location was hard to find, I drove past it 3 times before I realised it was there, it needs a sign near the road to indicate its location.

Negative: Bed in living room needs repairing, slats under mattress kept coming apart- some because they were replacements & did not fit lacking equipment in the kitchen- specifically no dishes/trays suitable for the oven which presented us with an issue trying to cook food the first night. chairs for outside torn/tatty- glad we had our own picnic chairs we could use instead
