Positive: Fantastic location! Especially the time of year we were there as it looked directly at the sunset. Loved how much room there was in the house for a party of 8 everyone slept comfortably.

Negative: nothing really we had a great time and plan to go back again next year and would recommend this place for anyone staying there.
