Summary: Stayed over Memorial Day Weekend. It was sunny with a cool breeze. We enjoyed being right on the water and the quiet neighborhood. Spring flowers were out and we enjoyed the walks along the water and cooking in the comfortable kitchen. We slept with the sliding glass doors open to hear the water and birds.

Summary: This location is as good as it gets for water views out each window. I enjoyed the serenity of the surroundings and living spaces. It is a great get away. The beach walks are so pleasant. They can seeminly go on for ever, or be a short jaunt. I was there when it was raining part of the time and found it refreshing rain or shine.

Summary: The view and cleanliness of the unit was top notch. However, the furniture was SO uncomfortable we had to sit on bed pillows to play cards at table. Nothing in the living room was comfortable, even to sit in and look out at the view. Microwave was placed on top of the refrigerator, very hard, if not impossible, space for to reach.
