Summary: Check in was terrible, no acknowledgment of status and unpleasant person. Room wasn’t very clean, found hair on bed. They don’t clean each day, which if I’d known I wouldn’t have booked. Air conditioner barely worked. After multiple great stays in the past, this experience has changed my desire to return.

Summary: You can’t find a better location in Washington DC this hotel. It’s walkable to virtually everything. There are many great restaurants nearby and whether it’s for tourism or business, it’s an excellent choice.

Summary: Overall, the hotel is quite nice from the lobby to the restaurant. The check in was quick. It’s in a great neighborhood. The main challenge is housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned after the first night (we were gone from 9AM to 10PM). I told the front desk the next morning and he made a note to have our room cleaned. It was then cleaned, but we ended up with 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel for a double room. Housekeeping needs to be improved. You also pay an amenity fee, so the rooms should be refreshed with new water.
