The 3 elevators and the 2 airlifts provide comfortable access to all suites and public areas. The resort features 3 main pools which are heated during specific seasons: 01/04 - 15/5 and 26/9 - 5/11.Activity pool is not equipped with hydromassage. Next to the Activity pool there is a Kids pool. The Main Pool is only for adults. There is also a spa center of 100m2 and an open air mini gym corner. In the most central point of the resort, a guest relation team is taking care of all demands and requests of guests including excursions, car / moto rental and special occasions like honeymoon, anniversary, and birthday- packages. Positive: Big , comfy bed. Coffee machine In room. Toiletries. Wine & sweets & fruit in fridge.

Negative: Nightmare for disabled. Tall steps & slopes. I could not use our private pool . Difficult ladder steps. Same for public pool . I couldn’t go to the bar. High steps & no hand rail. Very expensive to buy drinks at dinner . No free water at dinner . Tiny cup coffee 4.5 euros. Felt ripped off. Resort is in a built up area. Our car parked in dusty building site garage.

Summary: Disappointing & upsetting . Wouldn’t return .

Positive: Doesn't feel like a usual hotel. Very good cleaning service for your room.

Negative: While the facilities (pool, pool bars, spa) are new and in good shape, you simply can't use them adequately - as they close by 18:00 (daytime-only spa???). The pool-side bars aren't operated continuosly during the pools' opening hours (which are quite short in themselves). "Deluxe" room was very bland and small, why call it deluxe in the first place? bad marketing.

Summary: Nice facility, but insufficient opening hours of the pools and spa make this quite a faily

Positive: The property’s public spaces are clean and well maintained.

Negative: Food was very mediocre, all inclusive is a lie (you even need to pay for good coffee or water and unless you specify that you don’t want the paid-for option, they’ll always charge you for mineral water etc). opening hours of swimming pools, gym, restaurants were very limited, facilities for family are insufficient (apart from a pool, there is nothing). Even for all included drinks, you can only order one at a time and you’re waiting forever (deliberately?), so we often decided not to order anything. It was shocking to me that on an hotel where most people take all inclusive option, people sitting at the pool don’t have any drinks - I think it was just so inconvenient, nobody bothered. Because of very inconvenient meal hours and pretty terrible food, we ended up going to nearby restaurants 1-2 times a day at least (our toddler doesn’t eat at 1 pm or 7 pm but much sooner). There was no food in between meals except for leftovers from breakfast or lunch. We ended up paying a lot outside of the hotel. The gym is open 9:00-19:00 and it’s outside, so not relevant for people who exercise early morning or in the evening or when it’s raining. Overall, not a 5-star experience at all.

Positive: The multiple pools on the resort were absolutely gorgeous. The breakfast was so delicious with lots of variety. The rooms were nicely sized and had everything you needed.

Negative: There was nothing about the resort we didn't like. Everything was very impressive from staff to service. The only one negative experience was not being served a drink on our first morning of the buffet breakfast. We had to ask multiple staff for water, and coffee.

Summary: Was such a lovely experience, would definitely come back.

Positive: The location was perfect, accessible to a lot of activities we wanted as it was in the range of pick up and drop off by the activities companies. The way they looked after us was amazing. We checked in at 12 midnight, and they were ready to offer us snacks, which felt very warm. The hotel was very clean and the staff wete very friendly always ready to assist and answer any questions we had. The spa place at the hotel was amazing, very friendly staff and the treatments were well needed off and felt really good. Will highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Crete, Greece

Negative: The only downside was the swimming pool water being quite cold and wasnt suitable for a 5ft person as the water level was quite high for a person of this height. But other than this it was superbly amazing and would definitely visit again
