This fantastic villa with private pool and beautiful garden, on the outskirts of Sa Pobla welcomes 6 guests.
You will enjoy the exteriors of this finca, with total privacy, thank to the nice Mediterranean weather. You can sunbathe on one of the 4 sun loungers around the pool while reading a magazine or having breakfast at the terrace early in the morning profiting the fresh air in the morning and the great views of the mountains. In fact, if you feel like a fresh orange juice, you can do it with the oranges taken from the orange trees, although this depends on the season. When it is really hot, nothing like a swim in the large salted pool which sizes 16 x 3.5 metres and with a depth that goes from 1 to 2 metres, or have a shower outside. The porch is perfect for a family dinner and a delicious barbecue at night.
This one storey house has been decorated in a modern style but with some rustic details. There is a spacious room with air-conditioning, where the kitchen , the living and the dining room come together. You will also find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub. The kitchen features a gas top, a bar with stools and a table with 4 chairs. It is open to the dining area where there is another bigger table, and to the living room. Here, you can lie on the sofa while watching satellite TV or a DVD film, or listening to music with the CD player, or playing a table game available at the house. Behind the precious stoned columns you will find the bathroom and the two air-conditioned bedrooms. One presents two double beds and a closet and the other has a double bed and an ample walk-in closet. We can also prepare a cot and a high chair if you are travelling with your baby. The laundry room comes with a washer, a dryer, an iron and an ironing board. Two radiators are also available for the coldest nights.
This finca is located near the railroad tracks, so it is possible you hear the noise from time to time. This is at the same time, an advantage because you can use this means of transport to go to many towns. In the centre of Sa Pobla you will find everything you need for a nice stay. By car, you can visit the village of Pollensa, which is also very near. It is a wonderful villa which is worth a visit: Its marvellous cobble stone streets with little shops. We recommend you to go to the so called "Calvari", a little chapel at the top of the village with spectacular views. The beaches of Ses Casetes des Capellans and Can Picafort are only 20 minutes drive from the house. These are fine and white sandy beaches, ideal for a dip in their crystalline waters or to taste a "paella" by the shore.

Summary: We had such a wonderful holiday in this beautiful house , one of the nicest summer houses we have ever visited and very welcoming . My children had such great fun in the huge pool and the house is so well equipped , it has it all . Really enjoyed the peace of it all . Walking distance to Sa Pobla , a few restaurants and shops but you would need a car to take the 10 Minute drive to the beach where there is more of a selection of restaurants. We would love to return someday as we made great family memories in this beautiful , comfortable house .

Summary: Simply stunning villa. Would 100% recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a spacious villa, a great local location and a brilliant time in Mallorca. We came to Mallorca for friends wedding and Sa Pobla was a great spot to base ourselves in. The owner of the villa was extremely helpful, and the Homerti team made our stay super easy. The tram’s location is a plus rather than a minus as it links you to some great towns to visit. Would highly recommend Binissalem with lunch at Es P'dal. We can’t wait to visit again!

Summary: Very nice modern house with spacious garden and saltwater pool. The kitchen was very well equipped. When we arrived the large refrigerator (with freezing compartment) was stocked with milk,cheese, bread and cold cuts.There were fresh oranges from the garden, apples and bananas for us.All the spices needed for cooking, also oil, salt and sugar were to be found in this superior kitchen.The stove consisted of an induction unit and a gas unit for frying, side by side.To help with the washing up, a dishwasher was available. Everything in top condition and relatively new. The beds were comfortable and had enough pillows and blankets.In the utulity room a washer and dryer were available for guests, everything was clean and well cared for. The living room and kitchen face west towards the scenic mountain range Tramuntana. The air conditioner is used to heat the house which is a bit noisy and produces dry air. The dog next door sometimes barks during the night or when he sees people going to the vacation home. The internet is not always reliable, the owner had to be called several times which solved the problem. The dirt road leading to the property is not sign posted, can easily be missed, especially in the dark.
